2. Artwork & Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in the currency indicated (USD or INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Each painting is an original work and may vary slightly from its online representation due to photographic reproduction. We strive to accurately represent colours, but monitor calibration may cause slight variations.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other methods supported by Razorpay. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Artworks are shipped rolled in a protective tube (unless framed) via reliable courier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package dimensions. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Mahesh Annapure Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier partner operations. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Mahesh Annapure unless otherwise stated. No image or content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artist retains all rights to reproduce the artwork in print, digital, or other media.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mahesh Annapure Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork. The maximum liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the artwork in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the purchase of artwork shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nanded, Maharashtra.
