Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email mannapureart@gmail.com or call +91 77190 62503 with your order details. Cancellation requests received after the artwork has been dispatched unfortunately cannot be honoured.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse, as each painting is an original creation that cannot be restocked.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email clear photographs of the damage and the original packaging to mannapureart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund including return shipping costs. We recommend inspecting the package immediately upon delivery.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 2-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account). You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
5. Commissioned Works
Commissioned paintings are non-refundable unless the artist fails to deliver the agreed-upon work. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any commission. This deposit covers materials, initial sketches, and time invested. Please discuss all details thoroughly before placing a commission order. The final balance is due upon completion and approval of the artwork.
